GOALS
1. Remove dying tree and create a friendly gathering spot for this condominium building.
2. Integrate pathway to parking lot.
3. Create a sense of privacy along busy street intersection.

Columnar Hornbeams will grow and merge to form a green wall around the patio for privacy from the busy street. The walkway merges with the patio to create a seamless space to access in multiple ways. Seasonal color include textured and multi-colored evergreens.
